1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bdbajji website, mobile site, or any service offered through the bdbajji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (the "Player") and bdbajji (the "Platform" or "we" or "us").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the bdbajji platform. Continued use of the platform following any published update or revision to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. bdbajji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice; however, material changes will be announced on the platform homepage or via registered account communication channels.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and govern your relationship with bdbajji in all matters. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between a translated version of these Terms & Conditions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the bdbajji platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. bdbajji employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process at the time of account registration and prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method after verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The bdbajji platform is designed to serve players located in Bangladesh. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bdbajji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available at no charge from the account security settings page. Any activity carried out through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified bdbajji of a security breach in a timely manner.

3.2 Prohibited Account Uses

You must not use your bdbajji account for any of the following purposes:

• Money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits.
• Use of stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods for deposits.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Use of software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in ways that confer an unfair advantage.
• Any form of arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or exploitation of system errors that was not sanctioned by bdbajji in writing.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of any third party, or acting as an agent for another player.

3.3 Responsibility for Account Activity

You acknowledge that all bets, wagers, and casino game sessions initiated from your account are your sole responsibility. bdbajji will not reverse completed bets or game outcomes on the grounds that the session was conducted by an unauthorised third party, unless evidence of account compromise is provided to the satisfaction of bdbajji's security team.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.4 Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions

bdbajji reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted into and partially fulfilled the requirements of a promotion will be given reasonable opportunity to complete those requirements under the original terms, to the extent operationally possible.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bdbajji

bdbajji reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or where account activity suggests a risk of financial crime or harm to the platform or to other players. During a suspension, the player may not place bets, access casino games, make deposits, or initiate withdrawals. bdbajji will communicate the reason for suspension to the player at the earliest opportunity consistent with any ongoing investigation.

8.2 Closure by bdbajji

Where a material breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed following investigation, bdbajji may permanently close the player's account. In such cases, any bonus balance will be voided and any winnings derived from prohibited activity may be confiscated. Deposited funds that are established as legitimately belonging to the player — and which are not subject to any outstanding dispute, chargeback claim, or fraud investigation — will be returned to the player via the originating payment method.

8.3 Voluntary Closure

A player may request the voluntary closure of their bdbajji account at any time by contacting the support team at support@bdbajji. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player. 8.4 Dormant Accounts
